As a corporate real estate broker I am steadily on the frontline of the economic challenges faced by this industry daily. How ViBergman confronts such challenges is unique and sets us apart from the rest.

To understand the ViBergman mission one must first understand the importance of economic growth and measures of it we have taken into account in our execution of what we believe is a purposeful mission statement. The success or failure of the real estate industry is pivotal to the successful economic growth of this nation on the whole. How real estate firms interpret the importance of this is key. Economic growth is classified as a sustained rise in any nation’s goods and services. Of course this results from investment in human and physical capital, research and development, technology, and improved institutional arrangements and incentives but there are a few markets pivotal to the constant even flow of sustained growth and real estate goods and services is one of those critical markets. On average a minimum of 52 jobs are at stake for each closed real estate transaction - and that is speaking conservatively. From the listing or buyer's agent to the attorneys to the mortgage personnel, municipal personnel, title insurance companies, insurance personnel, escrow agents, surveyors, appraisers and many more the various roles in each given real estate transaction drives our economy. The initial client point of contact with a seller or buyer's agent gives birth to this symbiotic relationship and is not without consequence to this economic chain of events that fuels our market. Agents now more than ever require real estate firms who allow them the autonomy to succeed in the field because lost transactions equates to a declining economy on a large scale. Economic growth and the stabilization and success of markets such as real estate is an economic vehicle for alleviating poverty, raising standards of living, preventing urban decay, and working to decrease the large gap between this nation’s very wealthy and poor citizens.

In the past few years lack of economic stability has created great hardship on all housing personnel and homeowners alike. This has further exacerbated the growing gap among this nation's poorer and wealthy citizens. Our company recognizes this injustice and we strive to work hard to offer better economic opportunities for our agents and clients alike. It will be through our hard work in this capacity how we hope to set an example of important values and ethics for other companies that will help promote these ideas and change within our industry now and in the future. Through these valued ideals we hope to bear witness to a sense of pride and prosperity in the real estate clients we serve as well as a sense of accomplishment, service, and overall prosperity for the ones who serve them.

Through careful research constantly analyzing the market and in our on-going effort to utilize alternative thinking based on ethics and values, through our development, use, and continued education on the use of technology that is not outsourced, and through our unmatched commission plan with very low overhead as mechanisms to redistribute income in the real estate industry, the mission statement of ViBergman is to allow agents to prosper both economically and professionally while delivering homeowners exceptional services in tried and tested markets. Through these initiatives and to that end we believe such conditions will create access to services on an affordable scale for both agents and clients alike. By these means it is also our mission to consequently create a sustained rise in the demand and need for real estate goods (homes) and services within our local and national economy thereby creating the conditions necessary to bring about and sustain the economic growth hoped for.

It is through this model of economic enterprise how we at ViBergman hope to make a difference in the local, national and global economic markets.

Having said this, not enough can be further said about our exceptional agents and brokers. ViBergman agents and brokers are some of the top ranked residential brokers and agents in New England and our base is expanding steadily. Through some of the most tested market conditions and in some of the most demanding global markets our estate agents have proven leadership in residential brokerage of a consistently high standard in valuation, face to face negotiation, and client advocacy. Evidence of this is in our reputation and referrals. Almost 100% of the time the client makes the call to one of our agents or brokers. That is, the client calls the agent because they have worked with him or her before, because they have been urged to call by a friend or colleague, or because the client has heard of our agent's work in the community. We have prepared this website as a service to our clients. However, in general, ViBergman agents work almost exclusively on referral.
